Q. How many employees can you train at a time?
A. The PeoplePawn training solutions are designed for the “trainer to student” philosophy. Students are required to pass written and practical tests to achieve “certification” for various position plans with the human resources staffing structure. Please feel free to call for additional information.
Q. I do not know anything about gold or diamonds.
A. The PeoplePawn modular solutions offer practical “hands-on” training in conjunction with remote “advanced modules” for advanced education. We will always complete initial orientations on-site with client and staff.
Q. How much does it cost to open up a pawnshop?
A. This depends upon a number of various business criteria. Do you own or rent the space? Space size and retail readiness? Store design and functionality? Which financial services model do you wish to offer? A free initial conference call is available to you for more precise cost analysis.
Q. What happens after you train us? Can we still call you if we have any questions?
